How do I recover my password?
On the login screen, click "Forgot my password" and follow the instructions sent to your registered email.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to Settings from the product menu to update your account preferences.
Can I access my account on more than one device?
Yes. Your account is not limited to a single device — just log in normally from any supported browser.

Plans and Billing

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time directly from the platform.
What happens if I exceed my plan's limit?
You get a limit-reached notice with a direct shortcut to upgrade — your ongoing operations are not interrupted.
How do I manage my subscription (invoice, payment method)?
Paid plan subscribers find a "Manage subscription" link in Settings, which opens the secure Stripe portal.
Can I use my own AI API key (BYOK)?
Yes, on the Pro plan. The BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) feature lets you connect your own AI provider key, always encrypted end-to-end.

Usage and Operations

What's the difference between migration and generation?
Migration converts artifacts from one AI tool to another (e.g. Cursor to Claude Code). Generation creates new artifacts from your project's stack.
How do I track the progress of an ongoing operation?
The operation page automatically updates status and progress until completion, no page reload needed.
Where are generated artifacts stored?
Generated artifacts are available for download on the operation page and in your project's history.

Security and Privacy

Are my AI API keys safe?
Yes. BYOK keys are encrypted in your browser before they ever leave it, and never travel or get stored in plaintext.
Do you share my data with third parties?
No. Your data is only used to operate the platform, as described in our Privacy Policy. See the technical security details
